Volunteer with Us: Shape the Future of the Arts in Henderson County
The Arts Council of Henderson County is excited to announce a series of dynamic committees we're launching, each playing a crucial role in our mission to promote, advocate for, and nurture the arts within our vibrant community. As we look to expand our programming, enhance our community engagement, and celebrate the arts in all their forms, we invite you to become a part of this transformative journey by volunteering with us.

Whether you're passionate about fundraising, event planning, education, or building connections within the arts community, there's a place for you to make an impact.

Our Committees
Community Fundraising and Sponsorships Committee: Drive our fundraising efforts, secure sponsorships, and engage with the community to ensure financial stability and growth for the arts in Henderson County.
Hiring/HR Committee: Oversee recruitment processes and ensure that our practices align with our mission, values, and legal requirements, supporting a diverse and talented team.
Marketing and Social Media Committee: Amplify our message and engage audiences through creative marketing strategies and social media, enhancing the visibility and impact of our programs and events.
Education Committee: Develop and oversee educational programs that inspire and engage all age groups, focusing on fostering creativity, cultural awareness, and artistic expression.
Events Committee: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse array of events that celebrate the arts and bring our community together.
Artist Liaison Committee: Act as the primary connector between the Arts Council and the broader arts community, fostering relationships, understanding needs, and advocating for the arts.
