FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS:
As Designated County Partners with the North Carolina Arts Council, the Arts Council of Henderson County administers Grassroots Arts Program funding for arts and cultural organizations in Henderson County. Read more...

FOR INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS:
The Arts Council administers Regional Artist Project Grants/Artist Support Grants designed to advance the professional career of individual artists residing in Henderson, Polk, and Transylvania Counties.
The Betty Taylor Memorial Fund Awards are designed to promote emerging artists who are in need of financial support and are studying in the field of visual arts and crafts.

FOR TEACHING ARTISTS:
Our Artists-In Schools and Community Program supports qualified visiting artists in residencies in our schools to supplement and enrich the lives of our students with cultural arts experiences. In addition, this program serves our community by collaborating with the County Silver Arts awards celebration, part of the National Silver Games/Silver Arts competition for senior citizens.
