The Mentors & Students series celebrates the importance of art in a child's life.

The Arts Council of Henderson County will present a combined series of exhibitions as a thematic unit entitled Mentors & Students at the Blue Ridge Community College Industrial Skills Building.

Celebrating the importance of art in a child’s life, this exhibition will showcase Henderson County K-12th grade student artwork.


The Art of Our Children will feature our elementary students.

Artists of Tomorrow will feature our secondary students.

The opening reception will take place on Friday, May 20th from 5-7pm and the show will also be open on Saturday, May 21st from 10am-5pm.

Participation in Mentors & Students is open to public, private, parochial and home school students in Henderson County.
